2. Air Purification Technology by molecular sieves (zeolite / microporous / nonporous materials / zeolitic complementary materials ) and oxidizing agents by plasma discharges

This technology is an upgraded technology of nano-confined catalytic oxidation by the synergetic application of plasma and catalytic treatment for oxidative removal of volatile organic compounds.

Apart from break down of the harmful pollutants to non-harmful products, the technology showing a satisfactory deodorizing performance or man-originated and living environmental-originated odor, such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methylmercaptane and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) etc. The technology also effectively kills most bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microbials.

3. Zeolite formulations for environmental use

Owing to the unique porosity and pore characteristics of microporous, nanoporous materials (including zeolite / molecular sieves and zeolitic complementary materials), they could be further formulated for various applications, including some odorous areas, for example bathrooms, garages, driveways, autos and trucks as well as general household usage such as eliminate freezer and refrigerator odors and moisture,.. etc

Specially formulated zeolite / molecular sieves could also be used as a media for cation-exchanging for applications in water treatment. Formulated zeolites have been shown to be effective in industrial and municipal waste water treatment systems.

4. Hydrothermal synthesis of zeolite / microporous / nonporous materials / zeolitic complementary materials of different pores dimensions and internal physical and chemical properties

The design of zeolite / microporous / nonporous materials / zeolitic complementary materials can be the best achieved using hydrothermal methods in which organic groups are reacted with inorganic framework components and may serves as structure directing or "templating" agents. The organics are left as counter cations, or by used of milder conditions to leave them as an integral parts of framework of zeolite / microporous / nonporous materials / zeolitic complementary materials. The resulting new class of hybrid slid contains unique materials properties due to the novel component combination.
